- Yes — we accept payments from customers worldwide. Cards are processed in USD by default and automatically converted by your bank at the current exchange rate. PayPal, Wise and Afterpay are also available for supported regions.

- Yes, bank transfer is available on request for orders over USD $500. After you place your order or request a quote, email us at hello@4memoriesphotoboothsgmail.store or message us on WhatsApp (+61 461 303 993) and we'll send you our bank details — domestic (Australia) or international via Wise / SWIFT. Production of your backdrop begins as soon as the funds are confirmed in our account, usually within 1–3 business days. For orders under $500 we recommend card or PayPal at checkout for instant confirmation.
- You're charged in full at checkout. Production of your backdrop starts the next business day after payment is confirmed, and your order ships within 3–5 business days.
- Stock backdrops can be refunded within 14 days of delivery if unused and returned in original condition. Custom-printed backdrops are made to order and non-refundable, but we guarantee a free reprint if the product arrives damaged or with a printing defect — just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
